Hi, I’m Lauren Wormell—wife, proud boy mom to my sweet son Jake, and soon-to-be girl mom with baby Allie Jo on the way! Family means everything to me, and they’re the heart behind everything I do. I’m also married to my incredible husband, a former professional athlete, whose dedication and drive inspire me daily.
